Destiny of abandoned children matters to us. We therefore made a new financial contribution to the project aimed at saving newborn babies by means of baby hatches.
Currently there are 70 baby hatches in the Czech Republic. So far, they became a gate toward new life for as many as 145 babies (15 babies in 2016). Not only are new hatches established, but the oldest ones have been gradually replaced with new air-conditioned baby hatches with multiply secured alert system.
The objective of baby hatches consists in helping not only babies, but also their parents who got into difficulties and are not able to take care of their newborns. Our donation may thus support both the operation of existing baby hatches and the planned construction of a shelter for mothers in need.
Life is a gift. We are glad to help saving children who had back luck at the very beginning of their lives.
