Dear customers,
We focus on quality and continuously improve all our services. Print quality is no exception. You certainly know that optical brighteners have been increasingly used in the production of paper, which rendered the original printing standard (12647-2; released in 2004) unsuitable. This discrepancy is eliminated by the new ISO 12647-2 printing standard which was released in 2013 and which we are fully certified for.
From 1st August 2018 onwards, our printing house will therefore follow the new standard released in 2013 which is compatible with current printing conditions.
If your data are designed in accordance with older references based on 2004 standard, you needn’t worry : we are ready to handle them in compliance with 2013 standard.
If you nevertheless wish to see a better simulation of the final colours at your software, we recommend you to implement the new standard in your working environment. You can find more information here.
As always, our team is ready to provide you with any help you need.
