The first step towards the digitalisation of the HR agenda, which will simplify and speed up administration, will be the introduction of electronic payroll.
We are gradually planning to digitise other HR documents, such as employment contracts and their amendments, agreements on payroll deductions (lunches, pension savings, Sims for the family) and more.
Why are we digitizing?
Electronic documents bring a number of advantages:
- Security: they won’t get lost and are protected from misuse. To open a document, always a PIN is sent to the employee’s mobile phone.
- Speed. Signing is done on your own PC or mobile phone within minutes.
- Convenience: Employees have their documents available in their email. Downloadable within 30 days of receipt.
- Saving time and paper.
