With these words, Jaroslav Drahoš, who was the guest of the podcast “Achievements TuZtela”, sends a message to the world.
Achievements TuZtela is a series of inspiring interviews with interesting and successful people from our Beskydy region who have managed to turn their dreams into reality.
The purpose of this podcast is to show that success is not a kind of “privilege of the chosen ones”, but a set of certain decisions and actions that each of us can do.
As Kristina Škrabalová, ACC, mentor, coach and founder of the project, says: “I know that in our region there are a lot of great people with big dreams, but they don’t have the courage to realize them because they live under the weight of local “hard life” and the feeling that “success doesn’t concern us”. The vision of this project is to show everyone that it is possible to follow your dreams and do what you enjoy and fulfill. That it is also possible to experience success in our country. That even in our country there are people who have succeeded in life because they did not let themselves be trampled by feelings that “this is stupid and it won’t work”.
But we also want to show that success is not something that happens overnight, but that behind every result there is a story of courage and perseverance.”
Perhaps everyone in life wants to experience the feeling that what we are doing is meaningful. That we are doing something we enjoy, and that our ideas and work bring us benefit and joy.
And this is not just for the chosen few. Even in our “rough region” we have many people who have succeeded. The interviews in the Achievements TuZtela series show what these people had to manage, overcome and learn in order to succeed.
These interviews are meant to bring inspiration to all those who have dreams and goals in their lives, but just don’t know how to start, what end to grasp or perhaps have doubts if it could even work.
In fact, the goal is to show that each of us has the ability to experience a sense of accomplishment and fulfilment in our lives. These are interviews with real people from Jablunkov to Ostrava, who once also had their dreams, set to work, and today their dreams have become reality and working projects.
