We celebrated the tenth anniversary of the “Employee Fair Play” survey, which promotes key corporate values in our printing house, by awarding a record 1015 lime leaves!
This initiative is designed to recognize colleagues who have distinguished themselves during the year with behaviours such as mutual respect, responsibility, a positive attitude, honesty, or a willingness to help above and beyond the call of duty that reflect our company values.
This year’s survey again confirmed how important it is for our employees to create an environment where we show trust and support for each other. The most frequently valued qualities were teamwork, willingness to solve problems and a proactive approach to everyday challenges. This positive trend reflects our employees’ strong orientation towards values that create a positive work environment.
