For the last few months, I have been working as a team machinist in production. I have learned how to operate and adjust the hinge. This makes my work much more efficient. I really appreciate the training under the guidance of Pavel, who patiently shared his knowledge. Thanks to him, I quickly learned new things and had a better understanding of how to properly set up the machine that completes the production of the books in the printery. Also, the atmosphere in the team was great. The work is not only rewarding but also enjoyable, which helps me develop.
