Dear Colleagues,
we are once again at the end of the year and the Christmas holidays are just around the corner. It’s not about where you spend it, but it is important with whom and in what comfort you spend it. I wish you to be as happy as possible during this period and to relax and recharge your batteries for the New Year. The common purpose that I can certainly wish us all is good health and happiness, which we all need.
We have had a challenging year, which we have managed together. It has not been easy. We have had many small and also big obstacles along the winding road this year. I announced last year that we were likely to face two very difficult years that would test us in many ways. We are almost through the first one, and I try to look forward to the next one with hope. The coming period will certainly not be easy, but I believe that we will manage to get through it. I would like the steps we are taking to not only make us stronger, but also to bring us closer together.
Inside the magazine you will find lots of interesting information and articles. There are also three topics in which:
– I reflect on where FINIDR goes in the 30 years since its establishment,
– I look back at the Czech Republic’s achievements since the Velvet Revolution,
– I reflect on the values, on which I have built my business since the very beginning.
I will leave it to you what conclusion you draw. But I think it’s important to talk about these things and also to think about it.
2024 will be a year of celebrations, but it will also be another year of challenges. I am confident that we will continue to prosper in this coming period and that together we will get through it.
